How much can I spend per day until payday?
Enter what's in your account, the bills still to come out before you're paid, and your next payday. You'll see what's safe to spend each day. Free, no sign-up, and nothing you type leaves your device.
Want to see every payday, not just this one?
The Pay Day Budget Planner spreadsheet shows which pay covers which bill, what's left after every payday all year, and warns you before you come up short. Excel and Google Sheets. No app, no sign-up, no subscription.
How it works
The sum
Money in your account, minus bills still to come before payday, minus anything you're putting aside, divided by the days until you're paid. Today counts as a day; payday doesn't, because new money arrives that day.
Why the number is rounded down
The daily amount is rounded down to the cent, so following it never takes you past zero.
What it doesn't know
Only the bills you enter are counted. If something might come out that you haven't listed, leave a buffer by adding it to savings. This is a planning tool, not financial advice.
